This process empowers actors with control over their career trajectory. Whether envisioning themselves as the comedic neighbor in a three-camera sitcom or as the menacing antagonist in a feature thriller, the choice is entirely theirs.

Following each challenge, actors receive comprehensive feedback aimed at refining their craft. Esteemed casting directors assess performances alongside four other actors executing the same scene. These directors, chosen not for their prestige but for their seasoned talent developed through years of evaluating countless actors vying for numerous roles.

Here's how the process unfolds:

• Actors select their preferred genre and character type challenge.
• They are presented with a scene tailored to the challenge. Utilizing the app, actors can record the scene multiple times, either with the in-app scene partner or by uploading it independently.
• Upon mastering the scene, actors submit it for evaluation. After four other actors submit their renditions of the same scene, a Casting Curator critiques the challenge, leveraging our Castability method to provide tailored feedback and extend an invitation to one actor into our Castability Gallery.

The Curation process involves ranking the five actors based on four key metrics:

1. Creativity: Uniqueness in choices that surprise, delight, or elevate a performance.
2. Believability: The ability to embody a role authentically within its required specifics and emotional context.
3. Specificity: Precision in character motivation and scene analysis execution, whether in drama or comedy.
4. Personality: The X factor that captivates audiences, be it charisma, charm, energy, or overall presence.

The Castability Curator then determines the best fit for a given role based on these metrics, culminating in the Castability decision. This judgment focuses on role suitability rather than overall talent evaluation. Actors receive detailed placement reports after each challenge, offering invaluable insights.

The most castable submission progresses to subsequent rounds, competing against other top choices for various scenes. With each successful round, actors earn stars in the Castability gallery rankings. The ultimate victor receives a complimentary credit to record their next scene.
